Chandler is one of the fastest growing cities in Arizona and in the United States. There are over 240,000 residents who call Chandler home. Many young adults and families with young children have moved to Chandler, with the median age in the low 30's. Chandler has both older neighborhoods, as well as new and great quality communities and homes. Chandler is not far from neighboring cities; it is only about a 20 minute drive from Phoenix.

Stroll down Historic Downtown Chandler and Olde Town Market Square to experience one-of-a-kind shops, galleries and unique restaurants. You will also find festive music concerts in the city square or check out the Farmer's Market year round.
Over the years, many technology firms have moved to Chandler, including Intel. This city has become one of the leaders in the computer technology field and has been referred to as the "Oasis of the Silicone Desert".
The weather is sunny 330 days a year, with an average of 85 degrees, making Chandler a very comfortable place to live.
